Management of the RAiN network

The idea of the RAiN network was developed by ZENIT together with six small and medium sized companies. The network wrote a proposal for the project and ZENIT applied for the co-financing of the german ministry for economy and technology (BMWi) within the ZIM-NEMO programme. The first step of the new network was to organize the network management that now lies in the hands of ZENIT. The three networkmanager are playing a central role in the whole network. They are responsible for the stearing, project management and communication. The network has to define its own structures, functions, tasks and responsibilities. The activities of the network are based on a project management plan with milestones. The network managers organize the structure and further development of the RAiN network.
